The Conseil patronal de l’environnement du Québec (CPEQ) welcomes the recognition granted by the Quebec and Ontario governments to the industries committed to reduce their green house gas (GHG) emissions by 6,8% between 1990 and 2003, during a joint meeting of the Ministerial Councils of both provinces.
In other respects, CPEQ will study in depths all the other aspects and agreements concluded between the Prime Minister of Quebec, Mr. Jean Charest, and the Prime Minister of Ontario, Mr. Dalton McGuinty, and will then transmit its comments.
